Oct. 7, 2021 -- On Friday, October 8, GEAR UP 2 New Heights is hosting a mayoral forum with candidates Kahlil Seren and Barbara Danforth at Cleveland Heights High School. The 11th grade government classes and active members of Heights MSAN will have a chance to hear from each candidate and ask questions.
Dr. Carmen Daniel, GEAR UP to New Heights advisor, shared, "In anticipation of this historic election, GEAR UP is delighted to provide students the opportunity to be a part of history and learn from the individuals intending to lead this city. Seren and Danforth reflect the faces of many of the high school students, and one will be selected to bring their fresh, new perspective to impact all."
