CTE Applications Due January 14

Dec. 6, 2021 -- Career Technical Education (CTE) offers a strong academic and technical education to prepare students for both college and career. Heights Career Tech offers courses through a five-district consortium, which includes Bedford, Cleveland Heights, Maple Heights, Shaker Heights, and Warrensville Heights High Schools.

The mission of the career prep consortium is to prepare students for the ever-changing workforce by developing requisite knowledge and skills for employment and post-secondary education. It provides a career-focused education that fully integrates rigorous academics to meet the needs of all learners and strengthen the community. Students have the opportunity to earn professional certifications, industry-recognized credentials, and college credit.

The 2022-2023 Heights Career Tech student application window is open for current sophomore students until January 14, 2022.

If you have any questions about the application, please contact your school counselor. All programs will conduct virtual information sessions. Letters of acceptance will be delivered to school counselors by the end of March 2022.
