The Commencement Ceremony:
Commencement is a graduation ceremony of dignity and sophistication. In keeping with the atmosphere of the occasion, members of the audience are requested to restrict their participation to polite and sincere applause. Remember, we are celebrating the completion of at least thirteen years of work by all of our students.

Participation in graduation is a privilege and not a right.  If graduating participants are inappropriate in their decorum, as with any school event, they will be immediately escorted from the auditorium and will be responsible for picking up their diploma from the high school at a later date. Distractions such as name calling, whistling, and yelling detract from the formal nature of the program. With your support and full cooperation, we do not anticipate this occurring for the 2019 graduating class of Heights High School.

General Instructions to the Graduates:
BE ON TIME!!!
This means:
-Arrive at the school on Tuesday by 9:15 a.m.

Hard copies of the packet are available in the senior class office, #220.

Members of the Senior Project Committee are available to answer questions about the senior project.

Committee members are: Joy Henderson, Claudene McCoy, Jill Pompei, Katie Strine and Shawn Washington.
