Jan. 3, 2023 -- The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District has published its annual Quality Profile. The publication includes information on District programs and initiatives, acting as a comprehensive viewbook for the school district.

Heights Wellness Center Grand Opening January 17

Jan. 3, 2023 -- The Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District and MetroHealth will host a Grand Opening and Open House for the new Heights Wellness Center located at Cleveland Heights High School on January 17. The event is open to the community.

District To Pilot New English/ELA Curriculum Materials

Oct. 26, 2022 -- To ensure that we have high-quality instructional materials in every classroom, we review and adopt new textbooks and materials on a 6-10 year cycle. This year, our focus is on the English Language Arts (ELA)/English curricular materials that are used in our K-12 classrooms.

Board of Education Meeting Summary - April 5, 2022

Apr. 5, 2022 -- At the monthly regular Board of Education meeting on April 5, the academic calendars for 2023 and 2024 were approved, discussions began on a potential athletic league change, and Superintendent Liz Kirby delivered an update on the District’s ESSER funds.

Grades 5-12 To Take PPS Surveys In March

Mar. 4, 2022 -- The CH-UH School District is in our second year of using the Postsecondary Planning System. To determine where a child may need extra support, each K-12 student’s school performance data is combined with information gathered through voluntary surveys. This month, students in grades 5-12 will take their surveys.
