Oct. 10, 2024 -- Heights High School Seniors Remy Bourbeau, William Larkin, and Gus Szpak have been named National Merit Scholars. Gus and Remy have been named Semifinalists based on their performance on the PSAT and have the opportunity to advance to the Finalist level and qualify for the National Merit Scholarship in February of 2025.

Oct. 9, 2024 -- The Heights Family Resource Center invites the community to the “Rise Through Reflection” interactive family workshop on Monday, October 28 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. 

Oct. 7, 2024 -- At the monthly regular Board of Education meeting on October 1, the Board and Superintendent Kirby recognized Heights High School AP Scholars, and the Curriculum & Instruction team delivered a presentation on 2024 summer programming.

Oct. 4, 2024 -- Heights High junior Henry Dyck loves singing and competition. This fall, Henry found a way to combine those two passions by competing in and advancing to the Top 10 of Northeast Ohio’s premier vocal music competition for high school students: Shining Star CLE. 

Oct. 2, 2024 -- Cleveland Heights High School partners with the American Red Cross to host their first community blood drive for the year on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. To sign up for an appointment to donate, please visit www.redcrossblood.org.

Sept. 30, 2024 -- Heights Career Tech invites the community to the “Fall In Love With CTE” Fair on Saturday, October 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Heights High. The event is free and will showcase the opportunities and benefits of the Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.

Sept. 24, 2024 -- The theme across the CH-UH School District this year is Heights United. In that spirit, each month CH-UH is recognizing employees who go above and beyond to inspire unity and create a culture of excellence in our district.
