May 25, 2016 -- Cuyahoga Community College is seeking students to take part in a cybersecurity camp this summer.
The Tri-C GenCyber Security Academy is for current seventh and eighth grade students and will take place at the college's Eastern Campus in Highland Hills June 20-24.
A desire to learn is the most important attribute, and no experience is required. The camp is free and students will leave with a Sphero SPRK programmable robot ball valued at $130. There are 40 spots available for the camp.
Tri-C received a grant from the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation to offer the program.
