Cleveland Clinic Hosting Free Lecture on Meditation
Aug. 25, 2017 -- The Cleveland Clinic is hosting a free lecture on the benefits of meditation for children on August 29 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Lyndhurst Campus. Parents, educators and children ages 8-12 are invited and encouraged to participate.
Participants will learn some of the science behind meditation and will have the opportunity to practice meditation.
