The Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education will hold a reception at the June 2 board meeting to recognize 45 retiring teachers and staff members of the District.
This will be the last board meeting at Heights High School, as construction will begin this summer on a new Heights High scheduled to open for the 2017 school year.
The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. right before the board meeting at 7 p.m. in the Heights High Social Room. The community is welcome to enjoy light refreshments as we honor our retirees.
We are saddened to learn that Ms. Theresa Telgarsky passed away on May 27. Ms. Telgarsky served the District’s transportation department as a bus driver for 27 years. We offer her loved ones our deepest condolences.
