Cleveland's 'Sax Man,' Brother of Noble Teacher, Passes Away

April 20, 2018 -- Maurice Reedus, Jr., known fondly and widely as the Cleveland 'Sax Man,' passed away at the age of 65. Reedus was the eldest brother of Noble Elementary's Title I Literacy Lead and Instructional Coach, Teresa Taylor-Ware.
 
For many years, Reedus' saxophone music could be heard throughout the streets of Cleveland after Indians games and Playhouse Square performances.
