Black and Gold School Publication - Feb. 14 Issue
Feb. 23, 2019 -- The February 14 latest issue of the Heights High school newspaper, The Black and Gold is available. This issue includes articles about the Women’s March in January and the editor’s choice for Winter Binge Watching, by Hannah Teets, Valentine's Day Traditions for Heights Families by Italie Demore, College Shirt Day at Heights High by Tommy Pierce and the Federal Government Shutdown and The Heights High Robotics Team, by Abra Lisowski.
The publication is produced by the School Publications class and students in the Black and Gold club. Jessica Tayse is the journalism teacher.
Students in the class also publish the school’s yearbook, The Cauldron. Nancy Rich is the yearbook teacher.
