2024-2025 Intradistrict Open Enrollment Announcement I Open Enrollment Application
On March 1, 2024, the District will begin accepting applications for Intradistrict Open Enrollment. Applications will be available starting March 1, 2024, as an online registration form. Please submit one application per student; any duplicates will be deleted.
The District will only accept applications for Intradistrict Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year from March 1, 2024 through April 12, 2024. Parents/guardians will be notified of the Intradistrict Open Enrollment decision via mail by May 10, 2024. All applications submitted during the application period are reviewed using the stated criteria and are not considered on a first come/first serve basis.
Families with incoming kindergartners for the 2024-2025 year who are seeking a transfer through the Intradistrict Open Enrollment process must apply along with completing the Registration documents process during this application window.
Elementary and Middle Schools – The District will only grant Intradistrict Open Enrollment requests that meet the following criteria:
- The student will enroll in Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2024 – 2025 school year and
- The projected program enrollment and current space utilization of the requested school building allows for the consideration of Intradistrict Open Enrollment applications.
Once the District has determined that it can process Intradistrict Open Enrollment requests at the elementary and middle level, then applications will be received and filled with preference given to those students having siblings in the requested building.
After sibling priority has been given, all remaining applications will be processed and spots filled using a randomized selection process.
