SAT Test Prep Course March 22

March 15, 2017 -- The SAT college entrance test is one of two college entrance tests that students take in preparation for college application.

The other college entrance test is the ACT. The score from a college entrance test is included with the college application.

Students can take the test more than once and use the highest score on their college applications that are submitted in the fall of senior year.

Heights High will offer a six hour SAT test prep to juniors on Wednesday, March 22, 8 a.m. – 2:56 p.m. The cost is $24 for the first 100 students who register, after the first 100 students are registered, the price is $59.

NOTE: As of March 20, 100 students have registered for the course. The scholarships to provide a discounted price for the course are gone, but there are still spots availabe at the full price of $59 .

Information for students registered for the course: Please arrive by 8 a.m. The course will take place in the New Gym. Students should bring the following: paper for note taking, pencils, highlighter, calculator and snacks. Students will eat during 3rd period. 

The price includes the seminar, a comprehensive workbook, and unlimited access to online testing and assessment after the session.

On April 5, all juniors will take the SAT during the school day.

To register, complete the registration form & bring it with cash or money order made out to Cleveland Heights High School for $24/$59 to Ms. Blockson in the College Scholarship Zone, T101, before and after school, no later than March 21.

Once the 100 student mark is reached, the information will be posted on this page. If students bring a $24 payment after the 100 students mark parents will be notified individually.
