Free Hotspots and Internet Resources Available for Families

Oct. 7, 2020 -- PCs for Kids is providing free internet hotspots in the homes of students grades K-12 to help students thrive as we embrace remote learning. This program is in partnership with participating Cuyahoga County and Cleveland Public Libraries and the Cleveland Foundation.

To register parents/guardians will need to provide proof that their student is enrolled in a Cuyahoga County public school. This includes any official school document (screenshots accepted) that has the student or parents' names, name of the school, and a date.

Heights Libraries are also offering access to free internet connection by providing Wi-Fi in their parking lots.

The Ohio Department of Education’s Connectivity Champions developed a service desk to help families having issues with their home internet connection. For more information about Ohio’s Connectivity Champions, click here.
