Jan. 3, 2023 -- The CH-UH City School District and MetroHealth will host a Grand Opening and Open House for the new Heights Wellness Center located at Heights High School on Tuesday, January 17 from 1-4 p.m. The event is open to the community.

The Heights Wellness Center will serve CH-UH students, their families, and staff members. Services are provided by MetroHealth and include, but are not limited to: physicals (annual/sports/work permit), injury/illness care, mental/behavioral health, immunizations, care for chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes, routine lab tests, and telehealth. The Center is funded by a generous grant from the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Health. 

On January 17, representatives from CH-UH and MetroHealth will deliver remarks at 1 p.m. followed by an open house until 4 p.m. RSVP here.

The Center is located on the Washington level of the building (enter through Door 8).
